During this educational cafe webinar with the Cannabis Research Coalition (CRC), I presented the findings from my Lake Superior State University capstone research project that utilized advanced analytical techniques to detect and characterize polymer leaching in cannabis vape hardware. The discussion also explored the implications for consumer safety and regulatory guidance across both the cannabis and hemp industries, highlighting how my work potentially could bridge the gap between academic research and practical industry applications.
