On this episode of the Bioactive Podcast, I got to sit down with Dr. Riley Kirk to talk about how I transitioned from a medical patient in Michigan’s Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP), to a professional in cannabis extraction, and then furthered my education at Lake Superior State University; which offers a unique cannabis chemistry bachelors degree. We discuss my time in the program, including hands-on experience with extraction and compliance testing, along with the various research opportunities I was a part of. This episode touches on my vape cart research and my thoughts on the evolving Michigan cannabis market.
